FACTS 
Contact John Paul II Academy Counseling offers support to parents and students in the following ways:
- Teach Second Step Program (focusing on interpersonal skills) in grades K-5
- Teach Speak Up Be Safe (personal safety and abuse prevention) in grades K-6
- Instruct classrooms on other life topics as needed
- Provide and coordinate individual, group, and family services to address emotional, behavioral, and social needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, resource teachers, and administration to best meet students’ needs for positive development
- Refer families to outside resources and work with outside professionals as needed
